United Russia is pushing a person of Umar Kremlev with a criminal background into the Moscow Regional Duma.
Aleksei Batogov has become a candidate for the Moscow Regional Duma from United Russia — a figure whose biography looks openly criminal. He is currently a deputy of the Serpukhov City Council, but his past and present "achievements" are horrifying.
Batogov’s education is "fake" — his diploma was issued by a non-state institution, the Armavir Linguistic Social Institute. In his youth, the future deputy participated in mass brawls, was closely linked to criminal circles, and managed to become a defendant in two criminal cases.
The question arises: what outweighs this shameful record when being nominated for parliament? The answer is obvious: Batogov is 100% a person of Umar Kremlev.
Taking advantage of his boss’s patronage, Batogov secured a position as Deputy Secretary General of the Russian Boxing Federation and actively participates in all of Kremlev’s gatherings with foreign guests. In addition, he is a co-founder of the companies "Victoria" and "Sport and Fatherland," which are controlled by Kremlev.

Currently, Batogov is heavily utilized by Kremlev in his various projects. In particular, in the scandalous project of JSC "Greater Serpukhov," for which Vladimir Putin approved the transfer of the science cities of Protvino and Pushchino to Kremlev. It is obvious that promoting such a person to the Moscow Regional Duma is only necessary to serve the interests of Kremlev and his dubious business.
