Catastrophe in the Rotenberg empire: workers of Transstroymechanization receive only 60% of their salary, and interest on loans is no longer being paid

Journalists have learned of the catastrophic financial situation of Arkady Rotenberg’s structures.
Employees and workers (nearly 20 thousand people) of one of the oligarch’s main assets – "Transstroy-Mekhanizatsiya" – have either not been paid their salaries at all, or have received up to 60% of the due amount. Moreover, no positive prospects are being offered to the employees and workers; on the contrary, they are being hinted that things will only get worse. "Transstroy-Mekhanizatsiya" survives solely on state funding (as do all of Rotenberg’s business structures), and that funding has now "ground to a halt."
For example, the state company "Avtodor" has still not opened state funding for 2026, although in all previous years it has reliably done so at the beginning of April. Additionally, "Transstroy-Mekhanizatsiya" has stopped paying interest on the gigantic loans with which Rotenberg’s structure is literally saddled.
And this is despite the fact that the oligarch managed quite some time ago to set up a scheme under which "Transstroy-Mekhanizatsiya" pays only interest, while the principal debt amounts are not being repaid at all.
Earlier, our project reported on a similar situation with Rotenberg’s largest contractors for Russian Railways: salaries are not being paid, and subcontractors are not receiving funds.
